All trips booked on the app and on the website receive a fixed price and you easily pay in advance with a card or Swish. The price is calculated by the distance travelled and the estimated travel time. The price can not be adjusted by you or the driver afterwards. Waiting rate is not included in the price.
If you book via the app and website and want to make several stops on your trip, you can book your trip to the first stop and prepay that route. When you get into the car, you can then inform the driver that after the first stop you want to add more destinations and wish to continue the journey by taximeter or agree with the driver on a new fixed price for continued travel.
When you travel with Taxi Göteborg, there may be additional fees for your trip at certain times.

Administration fee(12kr/trip) is an additional fee for all trips booked via our digital channels and phone
For journeys that go locally outside the municipality of Gothenburg (Kungälv, Lerum, Partille, etc.) a driving fee will be added if the journey does not go to the municipality of Gothenburg.
When the taxi has arrived at the ordered pick-up address, the driver waits between five and fifteen minutes. The current taxi will be charged during the waiting time. For travel with a fixed price, the waiting rate is SEK 50 / started 10-minute period.
A trip booked in our app or on the web can not be canceled if our driver has started the trip. As a customer you will not get a refund if you are not in place when our car has arrived. A pre-booked trip can be canceled and the money is refunded without deduction.
If you have booked your trip by phone, the following applies. Should you not be in need of your ordered taxi, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. The same applies if you are late for your booked trip. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee for missed trips, a so-called toll fee. However, we wait 5, 10 or 15 minutes from the set pick-up time.

The tariffs are of the "sum tariff" model. This means that the taximeter calculates the price by adding the basic fee + route price + hourly price.
Prices include VAT. Other prices may apply to companies with agreements and special offers.
All taxis in Sweden must state a comparison price for a so-called type trip for each taxi. The typical trip is 10 km long and takes 15 minutes to travel. It includes the basic fee. Note that the comparison price is a calculation example. If, for example, the distance is constant, but the journey is shorter or longer in time, the price is affected.
