As a policy we always leave lost property of value - cell phones, watches, wallets and such - to the nearest police station or to the police lost property department. The longer time that has passed since your trip, the more likely your lost property has been delivered there.
You can visit the police's lost-and-found (in Swedish only) or call their department at 010-565 02 22. The contact number for non urgent matters is 114 14.
