On the app or website: Book the trip between the first two destinations and pay for the trip. When you get into the car, you then inform the driver that you will want to continue the journey after the first stop and then that journey continues on the taxi meter.
Car on the street: When picking up a car on the street the car always starts at the taxi meter unless you ask the driver for an agreed fixed price.

Certification training Service trips

We are also accredited to educate drivers to certify to drive service trips. To become certified and approved to drive service trips on behalf of Västtrafik and Gothenburg Municipality service trips you need to write an exam with approved results after the certification course. The driver certification is valid for 5 years.

The education consists of:

A-part: Treatment and service.
B-part: Agreement Knowledge.
C-part: Special vehicles

Education costs (A, B and C) including course literature and 1 test opportunity: 2000 SEK excluding VAT.
