We ask to receive any complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the transport took place (or in case of no transport, 14 days from the date the transport should’ve taken place). If you are an invoice customer with comments on an invoice, the complaint shall be made no later than 14 days after receiving your invoice.

Taxi Göteborg’s goal is to get back to you on how your comment will be handled within five business days. However, the nature of the matter or our work situation may result in our feedback taking a little longer.
