Our drivers
We set high standards for our taxi drivers. In order to drive a Taxi Göteborg car the driver has to undergo and pass our own taxi school:
Organization
Taxi Göteborg is a cooperative, owned by 200 members. The members are also road carriers who operates the taxi cars and hire the taxi drivers.
Taxi Göteborg's service center employs about 80 persons. They operate mainly in customer service, which is the heart of our service center. Other processes at Taxi Göteborg service center are administration, IT, marketing, sales, member and driver service.
